Reservation

For reservation, you may select the following methods.  If you have any question you may email to abcgolftour@hawaii.rr.com anytime.

2. Fill out the form and send it via Internet Email

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Please complete the form above, or the , in the first instance; we will then contact you (normally within two or three working days) to organise payments and arrangements.

PAYMENT TERMS:
A 50% deposit will be required on confirmation. Balance will be required 60 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION:
Group Players (More than 13 players) : In the event of written cancellation up to 60 days prior to departure, deposit will be fully refundable. If cancellation is received 59-30 days prior to departure, deposit will be subject to 50% loss of the tour cost. Any cancellation 29 days prior to departure, 100% of deposit will not be refundable.

GOLF:
Rental golf clubs and shoes are available on request. Due to the popularity of best known golf courses we regret that reservations cannot be without full payment of green fees. In the event of cancellation, these fees are non returnable. We cannot reserve starting times at golf courses until full payment of green fees has been received. This payment is non-refundable.

PAYMENTS:
Should be made in checks, money orders or US dollars by normal bank wire transfer through your own bankers. Please ensure that all bank charges are paid and that the amount to ABC Golf Tours is the total amount of the invoice.
